Crawling out of the irish primordial swamp into recorded history these undistinguished protestants survived the potato famine and then began to spread. William John Morrow married Rebecca McCulloch in Drumcree and moved to Partick in Glasgow. He worked as a painter. His boys became painters. There they raised a gaggle of kids one William James Morrow moved to Belfast to paint ships at H&W. His kids moved to Australia, Chester and New Zealand. Ralph Morrow, a brother died in WW1. Joseph Morrow stayed in Partick and painted. |
