Pursuant to an order of Court April Term 1813 and directions of a Jury sworn to lay off and divide the land of Job Meador, deceased the following plats were laid out - to Loosy [Lucy] Meadow widow; 276 acres - to Willis Worley and wife; 150 acres, and he shall pay to the guardian of Milly Loosy Levina and Rebecca Meadow $70.50 - to Eli Lowry and wife; 150 acres, and he shall pay guardian of minors $70.50 - to Loosy Levina Milly Rebecca; 152 acres adjoining the widows dower, and 100 acres and 300 acres separate tracts Signed John Sinclair, Robert Huntley, M. Know all men by these presents that we Job Meadows, James Morie [sic - Rorie], Alfred Sinclair, John Pounds, Thomas Hill are bound unto James Autry and John Autry Gurardians of Bethuel Autry and Polly Autry in the sum of 250£ the conditions is such that if Job Meadows, James Morie [sic], Alfred Sinclair, John Pounds, Thomas Hill shall well and truly pay to said James Autry and John Autry Guardians and Bethuel and Polly Autry 23£ 7 shillings and 6 pence or an 1/8 part of the money to be produced by the sale of a 373 acre tract of land of the estate of the late William Morie [sic - Rorie] dec'd on or before 1 Jan next Then the above obligation to be void otherwise to remain in effect.
