Comment copied from Holcomb's site: "St. David's parish covered the exact same area as Cheraw District, the counties of Darlington, Chesterfield, and Marlboro." As of Jan, 2012, the site says this book is out of print, but the book maybe available for sale at booksellers and at times on ebay.
