(Wife) Blanche L (Debow), 21 year old female born in Illinois.  Her father was born in Indiana and mother in Illinois.
     Cecil was 21 and Blanche 18 when they married.

1940 census

Living in a rental property costing $20 per month. All household members were white. They had lived in Jasper, Illinois five years before.

(Head) Cecil Debow, 35 year old male wholesale produce manager born in Illinois.  He completed 4 years of high school.
(Wife) Blanche L. (Debow), 31 year old female born in Illinois.  She completed 1 year of high school.
(Son) Donald E. (Debow), 8 year old schoolboy born in Illinois. Completed one year of school so far.
(Daughter) Wanda L. (Debow), 3 year old female born in Illinois.

Neither Donald nor Wanda have been added to WeRelate as they are possibly still alive.
