John Ritchey, applied to said Board for a certificate for Six hundred and forty acres of land, and after being duly sworn saith that he arrived in this Republic the 1st of November 1839. with his family and that he resides here now and intends to make this his future place of residence.

John Sanders & Eliaz S Bishop were Sworn as witnesses who upon their oaths do say that the applicant arrived in this Republic the first of November 1839 with his family and that they reside here at the present time.

It is therefore ordered by the Board that a Certificate issue to said John Ritchey for Six hundres and forty acres of land which Certificate was signed by the Board.
