Brooks each of Westbrook in the County of Cumberland and State of Maine certify on oath that we were present at the marriage ceremony of George H Libby and Nancy M Emery each of Buxton in the County of York and State of Maine that said ceremony took place in said Buxton on the twenty third day of September AD 1866 and was performed by the Rev Joseph Bartlett.
