We the undersigned Mary Josephine Brooks and Edward S. Brooks each of Westbrook in the County of Cumberland and State of Maine certify on oath that we were present at the marriage ceremony of George H Libby and Nancy M Emery each of Buxton in the County of York and State of Maine that said ceremony took place in said Buxton on the twenty third day of September AD 1866 and was performed by the Rev Joseph Bartlett.
The said Mary Josephine Brooks then Mary Josephine Boothby acting as bridesmaid and the said Edward S Brooks acting as groomsman at said Marriage and that our acquaintance with the said George H Libby and his said wife has continued to the present time they ocasionally visiting at our home and we ocasionally visiting at theirs.
