    Case 4785: Gay Eleazer Wrentham 1723 Sept 12.

    Will of "Eleazer Gay late of Wrentham now of Dorchester ... Husbandman being weak and Creazy [crazy] in Body", dated 6 Mar 1721/22, presented 14 Apr 1724, rejected 17 Dec 1725, names Children of my Daughter Lydia; son Eleazer Gay; son John Gay. Son John to be executor.
    7 Mar 1722: Eleazer Gay of Dorchester Husbandman for £100 conveys to eldest son Eleazer Gay of Wrentham all real estate and rights to that lies in the Township of Wrentham and in the Great Ceader Swamp lying in Dedham. Acknowledged 15 Apr 1723.
    12 Sep 1723: Petition of George ffairbanks of Sherbourn that his ffather in law Eleazer Gay late of Wrentham yeoman late deceased and desires to present an opinion prior to the proving of the will.
    22 Apr 1724: Appeal by John Gay Excr because judge denied the will on 14 Apr 1724, apparently because deed sold property given by the will.
