Note: There are several websites on the internet that claim that this Hannah Smalley married Elisha Cole II, but unfortunately, that is not the case. The Hannah Smalley that married Elisha Cole II could not have born later than 1724, because the first child of Hannah and Elisha Cole was born in 1742, which would have made her only 12 years old at the birth of her first child, had she been the same Hannah.

Other sites claim that this Hannah died in December of 1730, shortly after birth, but the date listed as her date of death is actually in the records of Truro Parish as her date of baptism.

Some sites also claim that this Hannah Smalley died in Norwich, New London, Connecticut, but more research is necessary to establish that fact, in addition to information regarding any possible marriage and/or children.
