    Baukje Buwalda married Izaak Epkes Roorda on July 31, 1857 in Pella. Izaak was born on October 25, 1832 in Dantumawoude, Dantumadeel, the son of Epke Alberts Roorda and Froukje Wiegers van der Lune. Baukje Buwalda died on April 23, 1893 and Izaak on March 11, 1905, both in Pella. They are buried in the Porterville cemetery southeast of Pella.
