"into three equall shares to be for one son & these daughters, the Son to take his Choice and ye four Daughters to deivide the other Two shares among themselves". "... given to understand by good Information that there is a Considerable Estate in old England which ye aforesaid mr Peter Noyes now deceased dyed seized of".
17 Apr 1694: Judge orders distribution of personal estate, the administrator's "Imperfect account" showing sufficient income to pay all debts and charges. The borther is given one third, the remaining two thirds divided among the "ffower sisters", Mary Munjoy, Dorothy Noyes, Sarah Noyes, and Esther Noyes.

22 Nov 1694: Articles of agreement between mr Peter Noyse of Sudbury on the one party and Mrs Mary Munjoy Attorney to her husband George Munjoy, Dorathy Noyse, Sarah Noyse & Esther Noyse all four sisters to the s'd Mr Peter Noyse on the other party all being the Children and Natterall heirs of Mr Peter Noyes Sen'r Late of Sudbury deceased.
