    29 Mar 1694: Peter Noyes cited to appear due to his obstruction of the committee commissioned to divide his father's estate.
    6 Apr 1694: Inventory of Real Estate of Peter Noyes. "into three equall shares to be for one son & these daughters, the Son to take his Choice and ye four Daughters to deivide the other Two shares among themselves". "... given to understand by good Information that there is a Considerable Estate in old England which ye aforesaid mr Peter Noyes now deceased dyed seized of".

The borther is given one third, the remaining two thirds divided among the "ffower sisters", Mary Munjoy, Dorothy Noyes, Sarah Noyes, and Esther Noyes.
