Recorded in the 1640 Town Records at Windsor in the list of “First Settlers of Windsor, five years after their removal from Dorchester.” (NEHGR 5:365) [The list includes people who arrived after 1635, such as those who came with Huit in 1639] Windsor town records say admitted to the Windsor Church in 1649, dismissed 11 May 1651 until 18 Jan 1656. He had three children (Mary, John and Samuel) in that time. By 17 Aug 1677, he had 7 children born in Windsor. He was taxed 6-0 on 10 Feb 1673. He was listed among the freeman in Windsor on the 7 Oct 1669 list (NEHGR Vol. 5).

Robert Watson was Deputy to General Court, Marshfield, Mass., 1643-1644-1646-1650.

He is in the list of freem. 1669, but freed from train. the yr. preced. His w. d. 21 Aug. 1684; and he d. 19 July 1689. All the s. were then liv. Hannah m. 28 Mar. 1679, John Birge of W.
