Andisheh is a new planned city in Iran. It is located 30 km from Tehran, northwest of Shahriyar, and southeast of Karaj.

31,650 people settled in the new settlement city in 2000 and the number is expected to reach 50,000 by the end of the "Third Plan". Andisheh has a full capacity of 150,000 residents.
