NOTE: There is also a place named Ardsley which is now part of Barnsley in South Yorkshire. Ardsley East and West Urban District existed from 1894 to 1937 when it was absorbed into Morley municipal Borough in the West Riding of Yorkshire, England. The urban district included the villages of Tingley, West Ardsley and East Ardsley. Morley is now part of Leeds Metropolitan Borough.
