The Black Isle (Scottish Gaelic: an t-Eilean Dubh) is a peninsula in Cromartyshire, now in the Highland Council Area of Scotland and prior to 1975 in the county of Ross and Cromarty.

It includes the town of Cromarty, and such villages as Conon Bridge, Muir of Ord, Munlochy, Avoch, Rosemarkie, Fortrose, Tore, North Kessock, and Culbokie.
