Brandon is a village in Northumberland, England. It is about 9 miles (14 km) north-west of Alnwick and 8 miles (13 km) south of Wooler in the Breamish Valley, just off the A697 road north of Powburn.

The village, or hamlet, is now actually all one farm, farmed by the same family since at least the late 19th century.

For more information, see the EN Wikipedia article Brandon, Northumberland.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Brandon from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:

"BRANDON, a township in Eglingham parish, Northumberland; on the river Breamish, 8 miles SSE of Wooler. Population: 134. Houses: 22."

Brandon was a township in the ancient parish of Eglingham. It became a separate civil parish in 1866. From 1894 until 1955 it was part of Glendale Rural District. In 1955 the civil parish was abolished and the area was absorbed into the newly formed parish of Ingram.
