A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Brothercross Hundred from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1870-72:
- "BROTHERCROSS, a hundred in Norfolk. It lies on the [north] coast, around Burnham-Westgate; and contains thirteen parishes. Acres: 22,842. Population: 4,614. Houses: 1,013."
GENUKI provides a description of Brothercross Hundred from White's History, Gazetteer, and Directory of Norfolk 1845. It includes a table showing the populations of the individual parishes in 1841.
A map, also from GENUKI, illustrates the locations of the various parishes within the hundred.
