East Tuddenham is a village and civil parish in the Breckland District of Norfolk, England. It is around 10 miles (16 km) from the city of Norwich, and is close to the town of East Dereham. The village has an area of 847 hectares (3.27 square miles) with a population of 517 in 190 households, according to the 2011 UK census.

The village is served by All Saints church of the Church of England.

East Tuddenham is surrounded by arable land cultivating a variety of crops including wheat, barley, oil seed rape, sugarbeet and potatoes.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of East Tuddenham from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"TUDDENHAM (East), a parish, with a village, in Mitford [registration] district, Norfolk; 4½ miles NNE of Hardingham [railway] station, and 6 E by S of East Dereham. Post town: Dereham. Acres: 2,065. Real property: £4,096. Population: 512. Houses: 121. The property is divided chiefly among three. The living is a vicarage, annexed to Honingham. The church is good; and there is a national school."
