North Tuddenham is a civil parish in Norfolk, England; its parish church is dedicated to St. Mary.

The parish covers an area of 9.41 km2 (3.63 sq mi) and had a population of 305 in 121 households at the 2001 UK census, increasing to a population of 335 in 138 households at the 2011 UK census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the Upper Wensum Ward of Breckland District Council.

North Tuddenham is 3 miles (4.8 km) east of East Dereham, and is close to the A47 road.

A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of North Tuddenham from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:

"TUDDENHAM (North), a parish, with a village, in Mitford [registration] district, Norfolk; 4 miles E of East Dereham [railway] station. Post town: Dereham. Acres: 2,270. Real property: £4,507. Population: 437. Houses: 91. The manor belongs to T. B. Evans, Esq. The living is a rectory in the diocese of Norwich. Value: £716. Patron: R. Barry, Esq. The church is good; and there is a Primitive Methodist chapel."
