Schneider Crossroads is an inhabited place. The Schneider family was part of a community of German catholics who came to Fairfax county in the late 1800's. They owned property along Pleasnat Valley rd. and worshiped in and were buried next to the Sacred heart mission church at pleasant valley which operated from 1908-1940.
