Charles Schonour Is Made Chief of Police For Spring Township WEST WYOMISSING, Jan. 24 - At a joint meeting of the Spring township supervisors and police officers of the township held at the school house, Charles Schonour was elected chief of police. The supervisors decided to prosecute for violations of the speed law on all township roads and will post a notice to that effect.
