Pudding Norton is a village and civil parish in Norfolk, England. It covers an area of 2.30 sq mi (6.0 km2) and (including Testerton which it absorbed in 1935) had a population of 267 in 126 households at the 2001 UK census, falling to 252 at the 2011 UK census. For the purposes of local government, it falls within the District of North Norfolk.
Pudding Norton civil parish contains the villages of Pudding Norton and Testerton, both of which became largely deserted by the post-medieval period. Pudding Norton village sits at the centre of the parish, and earthworks to the south and east show the previous medieval extent of the village.
A Vision of Britain through Time provides the following description of Pudding Norton from John Marius Wilson's Imperial Gazetteer of England and Wales of 1871-72:
- "NORTON-PUDDING, a parish in Walsingham [registration] district, Norfolk; near the river Wensum, 1½ mile S by E of Fakenham [railway] station. Post-town: Fakenham. Acres: 840. Real property: £1,020. Population: 17. Houses: 2. The property belongs to Morse's trustees. The living is a sinecure rectory in the diocese of Norwich. Value: not reported. Patron: the Bishop of Norwich. The church long ago became ruinous, but part of the tower remains."
